Heavy duty nylon casters are robust industrial wheels made primarily from high-strength nylon (polyamide) and designed to support large loads and demanding applications. Core Components

1. Wheel (Nylon):

   • Made from reinforced nylon, a tough engineered plastic.

   • Excellent load-bearing strength — nylon can support heavy weights without deforming.

   • Hard surface that rolls smoothly on concrete and factory floors.

   • Resistant to abrasion, chemicals, moisture, and oils.

2. Caster Frame / Housing:

   • Usually made from mild steel .

   • Provides structural support for the wheel.

   • Can be swivel, fixed (rigid), or swivel with brake.

3. Bearing / Axle:

   • Ball bearings or roller bearings inside the wheel hub.

   • Improves rolling ease and reduces effort under heavy loads.
